As a Senior Solution Advisor for Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) at WalkMe you will drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning WalkMe solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that maximize customer value and ensure high renewal rates. This role will report to the Director of Solution Advisory.
WalkMe is developing operations in Latin America, and it is crucial to ensure regional solution enablement and the successful deployment of the commercial process. Due to its commercial and technical integration with SAP, this role is required to carry out the following functions: Position WalkMe as the comprehensive digital adoption solution for SAP and Non SAP solutions. Strategically position WalkMe within SAP customer base in the region.

Plan and manage the migration strategy for the installed SAP Enable Now base in the region to WalkMe, in collaboration with the involved SAP commercial teams.
Align with multiple SAP stakeholders in Latin America, including IAEs, IVAs, BTM Sales Specialists, and other sales roles to drive WalkMe's commercial success in the region.
Support Sales Team by taking a consultative role in the customers' evaluation processes: Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions
Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey
Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust
Develop strong technical relationships within the various customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
Work as an extension of marketing by promoting product knowledge by writing blogs, participating in demo-inspired webinars when needed. Speak at field events to both the technical and non-technicalMay include team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales working with enterprise customers in one of the following roles: technical pre-sales, Solution Advisor, Sales Engineer, post-sale functional / technical consultant or equivalent.
Examine, interpret, and articulate complex technical information to audiences of varying technical levels.
Experience working with SAP products and CRM systems such as SFDC preferred
Experience building and presenting demo environments for customers at all levels - engineers to C level executives.
A deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
Business level proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
