We are seeking an exceptional and highly strategic Senior IT Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact technology initiatives at Insi. In this role, you will act as a pivotal leader coordinating end-to-end projects across key domains, including Infrastructure, Corporate Applications, ERPs, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Business Systems. Operating within a highly structured global corporate environment, you will be responsible for guiding projects from business case definition through to deployment and operational transition. We are looking for a professional who combines technical breadth with robust financial governance and a structured approach to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead complex, mid-to-large-scale IT projects end-to-end, managing everything from the initial business case to the final operational handover.
- Orchestrate critical infrastructure initiatives, including cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery planning, and advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Manage complex corporate integrated systems projects, focusing on ERP solutions such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Establish rigorous financial governance, controlling project budgets exceeding USD 500K with high precision and accountability.
- Coordinate, motivate, and manage geographically distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain project governance structures using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery frameworks depending on project needs.
- Manage relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring clear reporting, alignment of expectations, and smooth project transitions.
- Fluent or Native English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for high-level corporate interactions.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading complex IT initiatives in global corporate environments.
- Deep understanding of project management standards and methodologies (PMI / PMBOK, Waterfall, and Hybrid Delivery Models).
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Solid background in Cloud Computing initiatives (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ERP ecosystems (SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA). Proficiency with portfolio and project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
- Outstanding executive presence, strategic thinking, and strong business/financial acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, risk-based mindset focused on anticipation, mitigation, and change management.
- Results-oriented posture with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification from PMI.
- Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.
- Experience in large-scale global digital transformation or migration programs.
- Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks.
