We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Field Services Onsite (FSO) Engineer (L2/L3) to support and coordinate IT operations across the Americas region, with a primary on-site presence in Brazil. This role serves as the central coordination point for Field Services activities, ensuring seamless delivery of on-site and remote support, vendor management, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for all Field Services activities across the Americas region.
- Provide on-site support for the Brazil location and remote oversight for Mexico, Colombia, and other LATAM/US sites as required.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for end-user support, site readiness, hardware logistics, hands-and-feet services, and local escalations.
- Manage dispatch planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple locations.
- Support remote troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service follow-ups in collaboration with global support teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Support regional IT operations while ensuring adherence to service delivery standards and processes.
- Proven experience in L2 End-User Computing (EUC) and Field Services support (L3 experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware support, and incident management processes.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating support across multiple sites and geographies.
- Ability to oversee regional operations and support distributed teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global delivery or distributed support environments.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
- Experience supporting LATAM and US-based sites.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and service management processes.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with global teams and external vendors.
- 5+ years of experience in Field Services, EUC Support, or IT Infrastructure Support roles.
