Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Assistant to join our client's team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to start a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will initially focus on supporting the work permit process while receiving training and development opportunities across various HR functions. The role offers long-term career growth within a dynamic and supportive environment. Candidates with strong IT skills and an interest in HR systems will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-up of work permit applications and related documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant
- Provide administrative support to the HR department on daily tasks and employee-related matters
- Liaise with government authorities, employees, and internal stakeholders regarding work permit processes
- Support additional HR projects and activities as training and experience develop
Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience or a strong interest in starting a career in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems
- Interest or aptitude in IT systems and technology would be considered an asset
