Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients interested in regulatory compliance services
- Engage prospects through warm calling, establishing rapport and understanding their specific needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update contact information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up plans
- Negotiate service terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support business development efforts by scheduling meetings for senior sales staff and maintaining a steady flow of qualified leads
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or compliance services
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or telemarketing within a technical sales environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships
