Lilly Brasil is redefining how it connects with the medical community — and the Associate Director of Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) will be at the center of that transformation. This is not an execution role: it is a strategic leadership position responsible for setting the omnichannel vision for Brazil, building the capabilities to sustain it, and orchestrating the cross-functional alignment needed to bring it to life.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this leader will own the OCE strategy end-to-end — from channel architecture and platform governance to HCP engagement models and performance frameworks. They will manage the OCE team, serve as Brazil's primary interface with global digital and IBU partners, and influence how Lilly's commercial model evolves in one of its most important emerging markets.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, and IT to deliver seamless, integrated HCP journeys.
Robust experience in digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, or commercial operations — preferably in pharma or healthcare.
