Support the current Salesforce team in their management and handling of user Support tickets
Good experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Support internal users by troubleshooting and solving business problems within Salesforce
Assist internal users with data management queries
Assist internal users in creating reports and dashboards
Manage Salesforce users, their access and permissions
Communicate effectively with the business on queries raised
Provide testing support for solutions being developed by the Salesforce team
Learn about internal business processes with a view to supporting the continuous improvement of Salesforce
