What you will do:
- Act as the Lead Guide for the development team, conducting architectural reviews, fostering a culture of Clean Architecture, and mentoring engineers on agentic design patterns and advanced Python practices.
- Deliver "wonderful" documentation using Lucidchart or Draw.io (C4 models, sequence diagrams) and Confluence (ADRs, Technical Specs).
- Documentation must serve as high-resolution context for both humans and AI agents.
- Drive project clarity and technical requirements within Jira, ensuring tasks are structured for efficient execution by both human developers and autonomous agents.
- Design complex behaviors using CrewAI, LangGraph, or Agno, focusing on hierarchical delegation and multi-step reasoning
- Design the core architecture for Custom Tool Extensibility, allowing for a reusable library of agentic capabilities.
- Integrate Generative AI (Gemma/RAG) with Predictive Models into high-availability decision engines.
- Define and enforce the "AI-First" development lifecycle, ensuring TDD and CI/CD are followed across the stack.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced english for multinational cummunication.
- Proven experience guiding senior development teams and managing complex technical stakeholders.
- Expert in Lucidchart/Draw.io and Confluence for technical knowledge management.
- Proficiency in Jira for managing non-linear, AI-driven development cycles.
- Expert proficiency in Python 3.11+ (FastAPI, Pydantic v2) and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Production experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, or Agno.
- Mastery of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
- Advanced experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Kubernetes; and CI/CD/MLOps.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience build autonomous agents.
- Previous experience integrating AI agents in ERPs.
- Previous experience engaging in in-depth technical discussions to determine the most effective way to design and build software solutions.
