As the Senior Manager, Technical Operations Brazil, you will provide strategic technical leadership across E2E supply chain and Quality / Food Safety programs and requirements for one of Coca-Cola’s most dynamic and complex regional networks. You will drive operational excellence, champion collaborative partnerships with bottling partners, and spearhead initiatives designed to maximize efficiency, reliability, quality and food safety requirements and cost-effectiveness in all bottler’s operations.
Integrated Supply Chain Planning: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to schedules and operational procedures; guarantee that supply chain activities are closely integrated with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.
Supplier and Vendor Management: Establish and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure resilient, high-performance supply chains.
Risk and Performance Management: Identify and mitigate risks affecting supply operations; track KPIs and drive actions to achieve volume, cost, quality and food safety, and service targets.
Collaboration and Influence: Partner with internal stakeholders (QSE, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing) and bottler teams to ensure business continuity and foster a people-centric, collaborative culture.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain, logistics, or technical operations, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or a multinational environment.
Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes (KORE requirements).
Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, with proven capability in driving operational improvements and transformative initiatives.
