FiberHome is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our brand authentically, strategically, and impactfully, strengthening our relationship with the public and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities and Attributions
Main Responsibilities:
Represent and strengthen the brand
Promote the brand, products, and services in a positive way, aligned with our values;- Participate in online and offline campaigns to increase visibility and engagement;
- Ensure consistency in communication and brand positioning.
Relationship and engagement with clients
Interact with potential and current clients, clarifying doubts and generating connections;
• Build lasting relationships and strengthen brand loyalty; • Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Social Media Management
Create and share relevant and creative content;- Engage followers through comments, interactions, and digital trends;
- Support strategies to strengthen the brand's online presence.
Participation in Events and Promotional Activities
Represent the company at trade shows, events, activations, and institutional actions;- Support product launches, webinars, and live streams;
- Demonstrate products and present solutions to the public.
Content Creation and Market Intelligence
Produce content such as photos, videos, and promotional materials;- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior;
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requisites and Qualifications
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills;- Dynamic, creative profile with ease of communication;
- Knowledge of social media and basic content creation tools;
- Organization and good time management.
- Advanced English
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or brand promotion;
- Familiarity with digital marketing and events;
- Affinity with branding and public relations.
Desirable Skills:
Telecommunications experience
