Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Uberlândia, Brazil, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and candidate sourcing activities. This role will primarily support recruiting operations by identifying talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple areas of the company.
The position is especially focused on sourcing and hunting profiles through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, helping the company identify qualified professionals across Latin America. In addition to recruiting-related activities, the intern may also support broader HR operational initiatives when needed.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, communicative, and interested in recruitment, people operations, and international business environments.
Location & Language Requirements
This is an on-site position based in Uberlândia, Brazil, at our office located in Center Shopping UBT.
English oral communication at an intermediate to advanced level (B2+) is mandatory for this role, since the intern may interact with international teams and candidates across different countries in Latin America.
Core Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition and recruiting initiatives across multiple business areas- Search and identify candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Conduct sourcing and talent mapping activities for open positions
- Assist with candidate outreach and initial communication
- Support interview scheduling and recruitment coordination
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data organized
- Assist with operational and administrative HR activities when necessary
- Support the HR team with day-to-day organizational tasks and processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Interest in learning about sourcing, recruiting strategies, and talent mapping
Nice to Have
Previous internship or academic experience related to HR or Recruitment- Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing or networking
- Interest in technology and international business environments
- Spanish communication skills
