Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Remote (Office in Chicago, USA)
Seniority: Mid-Level
Contract Model: Independent Contractor (Brazil – PJ)
Develop and maintain marketing automations and customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Build and maintain personalization scripts using AMPscript and SSJS.
Write SQL queries for segmentation, campaign execution, and marketing support.
Support integrations with external data sources and marketing platforms.
Conduct testing activities and support UAT processes.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams on automation and customer engagement initiatives.
Support ongoing platform improvements, operational enhancements, and technical documentation.
Assist in customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Journey Builder, AMPscript, and SSJS.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Data Extensions.
Understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems.
Experience supporting customer lifecycle and segmentation initiatives.
Professional working proficiency in English.
