We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and GCP to join our team. Responsibilities

Build and support backend services for payment, loyalty, promotion, and other commerce domain systems

Enable AI-driven checkout flows with proper validations and guardrails

Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals

Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, performance, and security

Contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term system growth and stability
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner

Mentor team members and support their technical development
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

At least one year of experience leading and managing teams

Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot

Existing production experience developing Front-End components using React.JS

Familiarity with Anthropic Claude Code

Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservices
-
Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based workflows and backend integrations

A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, patterns, and technologies

Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure
-
Availability to work with overlap into US Pacific Time

English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
