Job Title: Senior Sourcing Analyst
City: São Paulo, SP
As a Senior Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for drive end‑to‑end S2P operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement and invoice‑to‑pay processes. This role offers regional exposure, close collaboration with global stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape process excellence across LATAM while building a strong career.

Your key responsibilities

Own and execute end-to-end S2P activities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and delivery of business outcomes

Act as a hands-on sourcing partner, supporting business areas, negotiations, supplier selection and purchasing decisions Identify and develop new suppliers, conducting market scouting and benchmarking to expand and strengthen the supplier base

Proactively analyze procurement data and KPIs, generating insights to drive cost savings, demand optimization, and performance improvements Translate data into action, identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, TCO, and procurement value

Drive continuous improvement and standardization, while considering regional specificities

Lead and manage Purchase Order lifecycle and contracting processes, ensuring quality, cycle time, and compliance

Act as a key player in procurement transformation initiatives, supporting standardization, automation, and digital adoption (SAP, Ariba, etc.)

Influence stakeholders with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment between business needs and procurement strategy

Ensure governance, controls, and policies are applied while maintaining a pragmatic and results-driven approach
You Bring
-
Solid experience in Procurement / Source-to-Pay, with strong exposure to sourcing, negotiations, and operational buying

Strong ability to work in a hands-on, execution-focused role, balancing operational delivery with strategic thinking

Proven analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in KPI creation, tracking, and performance management (Power BI is a plus)

Experience in supplier market analysis, opportunity assessment, and cost optimization initiatives

Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead improvements end-to-end

Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, VIM, etc.)

Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving and drive resolution proactively

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively

A mindset of continuous improvement, curiosity, and resilience in a dynamic environment Fluency in English and Spanish required
