Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Brazil team and work directly with the Head of Engagement & Commercial.
This is a client-facing role for someone with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from problem definition to execution. You won't be building slideware that sits in a drawer: you will work on AI projects that genuinely move the business — AI solutions that go directly into our clients' operations and generate real, measurable value. AI that operates, not just analyzes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to structure business challenges, identify value levers, and ensure successful delivery.
Professionals with backgrounds in consulting, banking, strategy, business analytics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Lead client interactions, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases, initiatives, and project plans.
- Identify and quantify value levers (ROI) to guide where AI creates the most operational impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution end-to-end.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support commercial and engagement activities alongside leadership.

Additional Information
- This is a majority remote position based in Brazil.
- Travel may be required for client meetings, workshops, and strategic engagements.
