You will be part of the Corporate Communications team at Whirlpool for Brazil and Latin America. The team manages both internal and external communication projects, including PR, corporate events, media relations, press releases, and the development of the website and intranet. Responsibilities also include implementing strategic communication programs that build, strengthen, and elevate the brand image.
The Senior Communications Analyst acts as a strategic storyteller and brand guardian. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with the Whirlpool positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (Internal, PR, and Events) and managing high-stakes executive communications.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated communication plans for institutional topics (business, people, manufacturing, leadership etc)
Executive Support: Draft scripts, speeches, and video briefs for leadership (ensuring tone and style alignment)
Content Creation: Lead the production of high-quality content in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, tailoring messages for diverse audiences and regional teams.
Brand Reputation: Support PR agencies and external partners to maintain the brand's prestige and market-leading status.
Internal Engagement: Create compelling internal campaigns to ensure employees are aligned with new business positionings and innovation milestones.
Project Management: Oversee communication budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for large-scale events and campaigns.
Experience: Communications, PR, or Marketing.
Language Mastery: Writing and verbal skills in English and Portuguese.
Technical Savvy: Experience with briefs, press, social media, crisis etc
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across departments.
