About the role
Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Assistant to reinforce our operations.
Responsibilities

Responsible for checking daily predictive KPI's to anticipate actions regarding maintenance.

Keep daily follow ups with the freight team, coaching and informing risks and concerns about the issues.

Determine through analysis which assets should stop and repair the issues before them break down on the road.

Analyze potential assets which are harming the driver experience.
Requisitos:

Bachelor's degree, Logistics, Engineer or related field completed/ On going

Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)

Experience with fleet operations will be an advantage

Diesel Mechanic or automotive will be an advantage

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management tools is a plus

Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
