The Role
As aBDS Platform Senior Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of our technology ecosystem—designing, building, and optimising enterprise platforms that power critical business applications across manufacturing and supply chain environments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll blendtechnical depth, stakeholder influence, and operational excellence to drive performance, scalability, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-endplatform delivery and optimisation—driving performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Design and definescalable infrastructure solutions for application deployments
- Translate business requirements intorobust technical architectures and specifications
- Leadtechnical design, build, and configuration aligned to Mars standards
- Driveautomation and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform landscape
- Partner with operations teams toidentify pain points and eliminate inefficiencies
- Manage thefull lifecycle of platforms and services
- Ownvendor performance and service delivery, ensuring SLAs, availability, and performance targets are met
- Leadservice continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including testing and simulations
- Act as theescalation point for complex issues and critical demands
- Deliver clear, consistentstakeholder communication and incident updates
- Collaborate across global teams to ensureseamless platform integration and delivery
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years’ experience inIT infrastructure, platforms, or application operations
- Strong experience working acrossglobal, distributed environments
- Deep technical expertise inplatforms supporting manufacturing and/or warehouse systems
- Solid experience withdatabases (Oracle, SQL) andoperating systems (Linux RedHat, Windows Server)
- Strong exposure tocloud environments, including:
- IaaS: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Clustering, Virtual Machines
- PaaS (Azure): Kubernetes, Web Apps, API Gateway, Logic Apps, Storage, Security/Firewalls, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Databricks
- Proven ability introubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimisation
- Strong communication skills with the ability toinfluence stakeholders globally
- Fluent English
