About the role:

It's our R&D teams that ensure our company stays at the forefront of innovation, investigating and making use of the latest technology in order to enable our company to keep delivering outstanding experiences.
What you’ll do:
You are going to be part of the Technology Modules – Electrical Organization, inside Product Line Taste - Food Preparation R&D and be responsible for the design & development of existing electrical/electromechanical components (specifically wire harnesses and power cords), where is expected creation and validation of such new components.
In detail, you will:
- Understand and design the electrical diagram for our appliances
- Design of new electrical and/or wiring modules, by using standard CAD Program (e.g. E3-Zuken, Siemens NX X, Catia)
- Prepare information for BOM creation (ANC-allocation; PNC-Design-BOM)
- Ensure that all requirements (technical specification, functionality, reliability, manufacturability, environmental impact, safety, ...) are considered during the development phase
- Sample building during the development process (in alignment with the supplier) – non-functional for development purposes, or functional for preliminary functionality review.
- Provide technical support to the factories to reduce the reduction of re-work, improve productivity (when applicable)
- Creation and maintenance of electrical components (catalogue, component supply specification, cost model)
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- University degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Focus on innovation and problem-solving in the electrical engineering domain.
- Knowledge of electrical components, testing methods, component development, and design.
- Structured engineering approach during each development phase.
- Capability of presenting and discussing proposals factually.
- International mindset to collaborate with multiple regions and cultures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba Factory Plant, located in Guabirotuba. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year. Benefits include:
