We are looking for a highly proactive sales professional with a strong focus on daily new client prospecting. This is not simply a customer service position. We need someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, build relationships, develop partnerships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients within 2 minutes.
- Primary responsibility: actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels, including:
- Google Local
- Google Ads
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Nextdoor
- Thumbtack
- Industry-specific groups
- Online communities
- WhatsApp Business
- Email outreach
- Other lead generation sources
- Develop strategic partnerships with:
- Real estate agents and brokers
- Construction and remodeling companies
- Home service professionals
- Condominiums and homeowners' associations (HOAs)
- Build and maintain your own client portfolio.
- Present company services, prepare and send proposals, and guide prospects through the sales process until closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities with strong organization and discipline.
- Participate in meetings and consistently achieve weekly prospecting and conversion goals.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven sales experience with a documented track record of results.
- Highly disciplined and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong focus on active prospecting and business development.
- Willingness to proactively pursue new clients.
- Appropriate equipment for remote work, including:
- Computer or laptop
- Headset
- Organized and quiet workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for calls and virtual meetings.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and communication tools.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly payment: R$ 4,000
- Commission per client acquired:
- Monthly service client: approximately R$ 25
- Biweekly service client: approximately R$ 50
- Weekly service client: approximately R$ 75
Commissions are paid for every client successfully acquired by the salesperson.

Contract Type
This position is offered on a Business-to-Business (B2B) contractor basis.
Applicants must have an active Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) and be able to issue Nota Fiscal (invoice) for the services provided in order to receive payments.
