Prepare accounting entries according to Brazilian accounting standards
Review expense reimbursements and financial documentation
Manage fixed assets and intangible assets controls
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
Perform aging analysis and follow up on collections
Execute cost allocation and product/project cost calculations
Analyze cost variations and propose cost control improvements
Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P&L), and Cash Flow reports
Support budgeting and financial analysis activities
Calculate and file taxes in compliance with Brazilian legislation
Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of tax obligations
Coordinate with accounting firms, tax advisors, and external auditors

Monitor changes in tax legislation and support tax planning initiatives
