Support the process of conducting quality assurance of products, systems, and materials to make sure there are no defects, and ensure quality is in line with organization and national and international standards. Perform inspections and quality audits at any stage of operation in which close attention is necessary to detect defects. Calibration of measurement instruments.
Responsibilities:
1) Quality Assurance Testing: Perform specified simple tests to verify that specifications are met and to reject nonconforming material or articles.
2) Quality Assurance: Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
3) Operational Compliance: Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
4) Document Preparation: Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.
5) Document Management: File records or documents as instructed.
6) Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
7) Work Scheduling and Allocation: Work according to an assigned schedule.
8) Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Educational Requirements: Upper Secondary School
General Experience Requirement: Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months)
