Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing activities with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target cost-per-lead (CPL) objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements based on data.
- Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads, CPL, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
- Consistent achievement of lead generation targets.
- Continuous improvement of campaign performance and efficiency.
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
