We are looking for a Senior Social Media Analyst with a strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset to lead the brand’s digital presence and strengthen community engagement. This role will be responsible for social media monitoring, community management, crisis prevention and management, as well as developing content and growth strategies for owned channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
The professional will also act as a strategic reference for the Casino vertical, connecting communication, commercial calendars, market trends, and consumer behavior to ensure a consistent, relevant, and business-oriented brand experience.
Social Media Monitoring & Social Responding
- Lead the continuous monitoring of the brand’s social media channels, ensuring fast, aligned, and strategic responses to consumers.
- Work closely with the agency and customer service team to align responses, workflows, and user solutions.
- Identify potential crises and immediately align with leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Execute crisis management strategies for social media.
- Monitor consumer behavior and market conversations (“open web”), providing relevant insights about the industry and competitors.
Analyze comments, trends, and brand perception, proposing continuous improvements for communication, user experience, and brand reputation.

Strategic Management of WhatsApp & Telegram
- Develop strategies for growth, engagement, and retention across the brand’s WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
- Participate in building and evolving the channels’ proprietary tone of voice, ensuring consistency and closeness with the audience.
- Develop content topics and ideas tailored to proprietary channels.
- Create briefs for the Creative Studio and agency.
- Monitor digital behavior trends and conversational formats to implement continuous improvements.
- Track channel metrics and performance, proposing data-driven optimizations.
Casino Strategy
- Support the strategic development of the Casino pillar within the brand’s communication strategy.
- Build and manage the monthly calendar for Casino campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Work in constant alignment with the commercial team to ensure integration between business objectives and communication.
- Develop communication strategies and guidelines specifically for iGaming.
- Prepare strategic briefs for the agency and Creative Studio related to Casino content and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and improvements for the brand strategy.
- Ensure communication aligns with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Strong experience in Social Media, Community Management, and social media monitoring.

- Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and respond effectively in crisis scenarios.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different channels and audiences.

- Advanced English proficiency for communication and global trend monitoring.
- Knowledge of the entertainment, gaming, betting, or casino industry will be considered a strong plus.
