About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist/Systems & Security Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technology generalist who enjoys working across IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, compliance, and process automation.
You will be the primary owner of the company’s technology environment, supporting internal users while ensuring secure and efficient operations across Microsoft 365 and related systems. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards and driving automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems Administration Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Manage and document support requests through the ticketing system. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and revocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT-related issues.
Microsoft 365 Administration Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including: Intune Entra ID Defender Exchange Online SharePoint Manage licensing, device enrollment, security configurations, compliance policies, and identity management. Monitor endpoint security and respond to incidents when necessary.
Security & Compliance Maintain and support the company’s ISO 27001 information security management system. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA requirements. Conduct risk assessments, access reviews, and vulnerability monitoring. Support audit preparation and maintain compliance documentation. Lead security incident response activities when required.
Translation Technology Support Support and maintain translation management platforms such as memoQ and XTRF. Assist with integrations and workflow optimization across systems.
Process Automation Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate. Support API integrations between internal tools and platforms.

Requisitos
Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Intune Entra ID / Active Directory Microsoft Defender Google Workspace Experience supporting ISO 27001 compliance initiatives. Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA frameworks. Intermediate PowerShell scripting skills. Basic to intermediate Linux knowledge. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have: Experience with Azure cloud services. Familiarity with memoQ and/or XTRF. Experience with AI or LLM tools. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or database management. Previous experience in the translation or language services industry.
