About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP SME to join a global AMS and transformation team supporting one of the world's leading enterprise technology organizations.
This role will focus on supporting, enhancing, and optimizing global HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), while contributing to large-scale HR transformation initiatives and ongoing AMS support.
The ideal candidate combines deep SuccessFactors expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and experience supporting multinational organizations in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Configure, support, and optimize HR processes related to:Employee AdministrationOrganizational ManagementBenefits AdministrationPayrollWorkforce Data Management

Participate in AMS, implementation, rollout, and SuccessFactors transformation initiatives.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
-
Configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.

Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP solutions, and third-party systems.

Conduct workshops, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.

Develop and maintain functional specifications, support procedures, training materials, and documentation.

Support global HR transformation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and countries.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience.

Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Experience supporting AMS environments, global rollouts, and HR transformation programs.

Strong knowledge of:Foundation ObjectsMDF ObjectsBusiness RulesWorkflowsPosition ManagementOrganizational Structures

Experience configuring and supporting Employee Central Payroll.

Knowledge of payroll integrations between EC and ECP.

Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using:SAP Integration SuiteSAP CPIAPIsStandard SuccessFactors integration frameworks

Experience with data migration, data loads, and HR data transformation projects.

Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security, and HR data governance.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex SuccessFactors environments.

Fluent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with SAP HCM On-Premise.

Experience supporting hybrid SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience with global HR transformation programs.

SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
