Job Brief
As a Product Management team member, you will help define, deliver, and validate features across Confience's SaaS products. You will support backlog refinement, user story creation, customer research, and Agile delivery while learning product management best practices. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong Product Management foundation while contributing to customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities
-Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
-Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Support backlog prioritization using customer feedback, analytics, competitor research, and AI insights.
-Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX to validate features and support acceptance testing.
-Track delivery, resolve blockers, and monitor feature adoption and customer feedback.
-Participate in Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
-Customer & Market Research
-Participate in customer discovery and gather product insights.
-Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, market trends, and competitor capabilities.
-Use AI tools to identify opportunities and support product decisions.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Support product roadmap planning and documentation.
-Communicate product updates, demos, and priorities across teams.
-Contribute customer insights to quarterly planning.
-Metrics & Development
-Track feature adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and product performance.
-Develop Product Management skills through mentorship, Agile practices, and AI-enabled tools.
-Build knowledge of Confience products, customer workflows, and industry standards.
-Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
0–2 years of Product Management or related product development experience.
-Knowledge of Agile Scrum and customer-centric product development.
-Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in SaaS, technology, or customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Business Analysis, QA, or Engineering).
-Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
-Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or integrations.
-Interest or experience in laboratory, quality management, or compliance software.
