About the role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Redis expertise to support large-scale Redis deployments on AWS. You’ll bring strong operational ownership—helping operators day to day, troubleshooting customer issues, and coordinating upgrades—while identifying performance improvements and reliability enhancements across a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop operation tools to manage production network, and support production network changes and operations for developers and product launches;
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Redis clusters running on AWS (including Redis via AWS).

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues (configuration, performance, reliability), including deep debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate and execute upgrades and operational changes across a large fleet of clusters.
- Identify and implement fixes and improvements to enhance performance, stability, and operability.
- Partner with operators and engineers to improve runbooks, processes, and incident response.
Required qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Redis experience (SME-level knowledge preferred).
- Strong DevOps/operations background with demonstrated ownership in production environments.
- Expertise with virtual network architecture on public cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and their network service offerings (e.g., VPC, Security Group, PrivateLink and related products.
- Experience supporting large-scale Redis fleets (e.g., 500+ clusters); candidates with only small, single-site environments are not a fit.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and performance issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience running large scale networking systems and software (e.g. edge proxies, DNS, CDN, network gateways), experience working with k8s, envoy is a plus
- Experience in AWS-based environments supporting managed or self-hosted Redis deployments.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep expertise with Redis performance tuning, scaling patterns, and operational best practices.
- Strong production operations mindset (incident response, on-call readiness, operational excellence).
- Experience coordinating upgrades/migrations across many clusters with minimal disruption.

Pay: R$265.00 - R$270.00 per hour
