Ondaro is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM/ITOM to join our growing team. In this role, you'll drive the evolution of our ServiceNow practice by designing scalable solutions, leading innovation initiatives, and partnering with clients to solve complex business challenges. From architecting advanced ITSM and ITOM capabilities to mentoring technical leaders and influencing strategic decisions, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop the roadmap of offerings and the go-to-market strategy for the ITSM/ITOM practice.
- Lead the innovation agenda in AIOps, automation, and Cloud Management.
- Mentor Senior PLs (Project Leaders) and Senior Architects.
- Act as the main expert in high-level discussions with C-level clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the practice with ServiceNow and other strategic partners.
- Design and develop end-to-end functionalities, including advanced workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs through deep root-cause analysis.
- Build custom widgets and advanced solutions for the Service Portal.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical and strategic requirements.
- Oversee and manage application deployments into production environments.

- Platform Fundamentals
- Proficient in using Update Sets and Application Scopes
- Understands schema maps and key tables (Task, CMDB). Scripting (Client & Server)
- Develops complex Client Scripts using GlideAjax for efficient server calls
- Creates Script Includes for reusable logic and masters more complex Business Rules (async, display). Process Automation
- Develops robust flows in Flow Designer, with subflows, custom actions, and advanced logic. Catalog & Portal
- Develops custom Widgets from scratch (AngularJS, Server/Client Script for the widget). Integrations and Debugging
- Builds and consumes REST APIs (outbound)
- Uses IntegrationHub for medium-complexity integrations
- Analyzes transaction logs to identify slow scripts
