Serves as a project manager for high-priority projects, applying the enterprise GPPM (Global Project Portfolio Management) processes and procedures. These large projects require oversight of multiple projects or subprojects with their respective project managers as well as managing strategic stakeholders including C-level sponsors.
Leads the execution of the project within best practices of Agile development fostering incremental delivery, adherence to best practices in Agile related to governance and monitoring, foster complex cross-collaboration amongst functional teams, and actively manage risks and issues within the project.
Fosters and champions an environment that promotes trust, self-development, continuous improvement, innovation and quality outcomes.

- Support Change Management to build and maintain the Agile-at-scale competence across the IO PMO portfolio
Leads the development of project requirements and scope; establishes appropriate metrics for measuring successful delivery of the projects.
Engages with project teams, business partners and stakeholders frequently on the status of key initiatives with respect to scope, schedule, cost, and resources; presents RAID logs.
Coaches and counsels members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals, meet deadlines, and resolve technical/operational issues.
Identify and coordinate program critical path changes throughout projects
Business Alignment – Assess the fit and identify gaps between business needs and processes with the proposed solution
Technology Alignment – Assess the fit of proposed technologies with current or planned environment / infrastructure
