YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM-BA) to lead complex business and transformation projects from idea to delivery.
This is a hybrid role combining project leadership and business analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while also making sure the proposed solutions truly answer business needs.
We are looking for someone who is both structured and analytical, capable of planning complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and turning business challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Project Management

Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timing, budget, and quality expectations

Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions

Prepare and present clear project reporting to management and steering committees

Manage stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, and project governance
Business Analysis -
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications and business solutions

Analyze and improve current processes to support optimization and standardization
-
Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external partners
-
Support testing, user acceptance, data validation, and reporting needs

Contribute to change management, go-live, and continuous improvement activities
YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field

Proven experience in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role

Strong ability to plan and structure complex projects

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and clarify business needs

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and IT
-
Good understanding of process analysis, solution design, testing, and project governance

Familiarity with process mapping, reporting tools, or data validation activities
-
SQL skills is a strong avantage
-
Experience with ERP, manufacturing, operations, or transformation projects is a strong advantage
-
PMI and/or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
-
