We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to strengthen our HR transformation work across SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Payroll and Personnel Administration. Responsibilities

Lead functional impact analysis for HR processes during implementation, support, or SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives

Validate SAP HCM configurations for Payroll and Personnel Administration to ensure process alignment

Execute functional testing cycles and document outcomes to support defect resolution

Support data migration activities by reviewing mappings and validating migrated HR data
-
Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and confirm expected process behavior

Assist issue triage during stabilization by analyzing root causes and proposing functional fixes

Document functional decisions, configurations, and test evidence to ensure auditability and knowledge transfer
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience as a SAP HCM consultant in implementation, support, or migration projects

Strong consultancy skills for advising clients and translating HR needs into SAP solutions

Proven leadership skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive functional decisions

Hands-on project experience with SAP S/4HANA migration activities impacting HR processes

Strong SAP HCM functional knowledge in Payroll and Personnel Administration processes

Solid testing skills to plan, execute, and document functional test cases and results

Strong analytical skills to assess functional impacts and validate configurations

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily communication with clients and teams
