Empresa australiana em expansão para o Brasil busca um Data Center Technology Manager com sólida experiência em Data Center para atuar na estruturação de uma operação inovadora. O profissional terá interface direta com uma equipe multinacional e influência direta nas decisões estratégicas do negócio.
- Participate in the technical development and specification of data center projects alongside engineering firms and specialized consultants;
- Support feasibility studies, technical due diligence and infrastructure assessments related to site selection and project development;
- Contribute to the definition of the company’s technical offering and market positioning in Brazil;
- Support client engagement and commercial discussions by translating technical capabilities into business solutions for hyperscale, enterprise and carrier clients;
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, telecom carriers, infrastructure providers and technical partners;
- Support budgeting, procurement strategy and technical planning during the development phase of the business;
- Work closely with the Australian executive board and the Brazil Country Manager on strategic technical matters;
- Contribute to the future structuring of the company’s technical team as operations evolve;
- Support the development of technical standards, infrastructure concepts and operational readiness for future facilities.
- Degree in Engineering, Technology or related fields;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Spanish is desirable;
- Experience in data centers, telecommunications, mission critical infrastructure or large-scale digital infrastructure projects;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical stakeholders and external consultants;
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure environments, including power, cooling, connectivity and operational resilience concepts;
- Background in fast-growing companies, infrastructure projects or multinational environments is desirable;
- Availability for travel within Brazil as the project evolves.

- Strong executive reporting and negotiation abilities;
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation;
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments;
- Ability to operate in early-stage and fast-evolving business environments.
