Manpower is seeking to recruit a Field Sales Support to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily checks, including but not limited to, the fridges temperature, the product display, and ensure the products are displayed correctly.

Develop and maintain a structured procedure for checking product dates and ensuring proper rotation is carried out.

Inform, monitor and promote any new products launched to outlets in the respective regions, and confirm that the outlet has placed the orders through its respective distributor.

Act as a brand ambassador and answer any queries related to the company's products.

Serve as the point of contact with outlets by providing customer service and demonstrating how to use any ordering systems.

Check the availability of products on the market and provide daily reports on any findings.

Participate during events and activities to sell and promote products as needed.

Promote and offer product samples in outlets when required.
Requirements:

Full Time (Flexible working days: Monday to Saturday)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar FMCG merchandising role.

Fluent in both Maltese and English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel for reporting, Word for documentation)

Familiarity with planograms and product display standards.

Outgoing, detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
