Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to support daily HR operations and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees and the HR department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities
- Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Oversee payroll and benefits administration through third-party providers, acting as the primary liaison.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
