About the role: Level Up is looking for a Junior Community & Social Media Analyst to support community operations, ambassador programs, social media initiatives, and player engagement activities across gaming projects and regional communities. We're looking for someone who is passionate about gaming communities, especially Pokémon and fighting games, and who enjoys interacting with players, creators, ambassadors, and online communities. This position combines community management, onboarding support, moderation, player engagement, and social media operations, working closely with gaming communities and ambassador programs. Key Responsibilities: - Support the operation and development of ambassador programs and gaming communities. - Review applications, validate information, and organize participant databases and community records. - Conduct onboarding sessions, presenting program structures, guidelines, processes, and community best practices. - Provide ongoing support to ambassadors and community members, helping resolve questions, requests, and operational issues. - Monitor support tickets and community-related requests, escalating sensitive or urgent topics when necessary. - Support the distribution of rewards, benefits, and materials related to community and ambassador initiatives. - Moderate and monitor Discord servers and other community platforms, helping maintain a healthy and engaging environment. - Assist in the planning and execution of community engagement activities, including tournaments, giveaways, discussions, campaigns, and online events. - Collaborate with internal teams on social media initiatives, audience interaction, and community engagement efforts. - Maintain reports, documentation, operational records, and community-related controls up to date.
Requisitos Experience with community management, moderation, public-facing support, or community operations. Experience working with online communities and engagement initiatives. Experience using Discord and similar collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Patience and empathy when interacting with community members and users. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational demands simultaneously. Analytical mindset to identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Fluency in English. Genuine interest in Pokémon, fighting games, and gaming communities. Higher education completed or in progress in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields.
Desejável Previous experience with ambassador programs, gaming communities, or digital ecosystems.
