We are looking for a hybrid Talent Analyst & Recruitment Specialist who can bridge the gap between human connection and operational data precision.
In this role, you will be the engine room of our Talent Acquisition team. You won’t just be analyzing data from a distance; you will be actively driving the hiring process. From sourcing top talent on LinkedIn and tracking candidates in our ATS, to welcoming new hires on day one and keeping our HRIS data spotless, you will ensure the Blaze candidate experience is flawless from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Demand Recruitment Support

Sourcing Support: Hunt for and identify high-potential candidates on LinkedIn and external job boards based on pre-defined ideal profiles.

Interview Coordination: Manage the logistics and scheduling of face-to-face interviews, partnering closely with our Hiring Managers.

Applicant Tracking: Own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—keeping it meticulously updated, moving candidates swiftly through stages, and managing all candidate communication (including timely follow-ups and rejections).
Onboarding Execution & Candidate Experience

First Impressions: Act as the face of Blaze for visiting candidates and new joiners, ensuring an exceptional, energetic, and seamless experience.

Onboarding Logistics: Prepare and distribute our digital or physical "Welcome Kits." Coordinate behind the scenes to ensure desks, tech, and equipment are ready to roll on Day 1.
Data Entry & HR Operations

Data Integrity: Assist with the accurate, timely input of candidate and employee information into the HRIS.

Ad-Hoc HR Support: Support the broader HR team with administrative duties, reporting, and special projects as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements

Language Proficiency
-
Portuguese: Native or bilingual proficiency to seamlessly communicate with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.

English: Minimum of Intermediate level proficiency (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global teams and utilize internal systems.

Experience & Tech Stack

1–3 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar data-centric HR role.

Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, HRIS data entry, and advanced sourcing via LinkedIn.
