Office Hours
Our office operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
All employees are expected to maintain punctuality according to their respective time zones.
Time Off Policy
Sick Leave
Employees are granted unlimited sick days. A doctor’s note may be required for absences exceeding seven (7) consecutive days.
Personal Days
Personal days may be taken with prior approval from the Principal.
Holidays
Employees may observe major national and religious holidays in accordance with their country and cultural practices, subject to prior coordination.
Communication
Upon onboarding, employees will be assigned a company email address.
All internal communication is conducted primarily through email and Zoom. Employees are expected to maintain timely and professional communication at all times.

Position: Quotation and Purchasing Specialist
Role Overview
The Quotation and Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing vendor communication, pricing, and procurement processes to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests from the Project Manager regarding approved client selections
- Contact vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and product information
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, including revisions, adjustments, and cancellations
- Submit purchase orders and invoices to the Accounting Department
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all active orders in Programa and all corresponding files
- Track order progress and update relevant stakeholders on any changes
- Provide pricing, delivery timelines, and order details to the Project Manager
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with the Project Manager
