As a Staff Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application. This role also offers the opportunity to help build and shape a new team in Brazil, contributing to the definition of best practices and technical standards while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive technical decisions while collaborating with the team.
- Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules (Sales Hub or Field Service)

Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions

Develop integrations between systems and APIs to support business needs

Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and improve products

Coach and collaborate with other software engineers on the team as well as collaborate with other products and business stakeholders as necessary

Lead solutioning and technical design, including reviewing work of other engineers
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Customer Engagement modules)

Strong experience with C#/.NET

Strong experience with modern Javascript (ES6) or NodeJs
-
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Resource Groups, Key Vault, APIM, ServiceBus)

Experience with event-driven or integration-heavy systems

Experience with Github, or Azure Devops along with working in trunk-based development environments with automated pipelines and deployments

Intermediate to advanced English (B2+)

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

Experience with PCFs or other complex Dynamics 365 customizations

A proven background of being a technical leader, mentor, or coach
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software development

Experience with Azure cloud platforms

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform)

Experience with automated testing in various languages (unit, integration, end-to-end)

UI Libraries such as React (testing with React Testing Library is a bonus)
