·BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
· Draft, proofread, and send professional communications to Embassies or Government offices.
· Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, compile presentation materials.
· Accurately translate note verbals, letters and messages sent from government offices.
· Act as a verbal liaison during bilingual meetings, calls, or negotiations to ensure clear understanding.

o Work experience as a Secretary and Bilingual for diploma 4 years and degree 2 years.
o Excellent MS Office knowledge and Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills/ Portuguese and English.
o A track record of success in translating, interpreting, or performing related tasks.
o Strong proof-reading abilities with the capacity to spot punctuation, grammatical, and spelling mistakes. Strong familiarity with content editing software.
o A diploma/bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, linguistics and secretarial studies is highly desired. along with specialized administrative certifications.
