Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Game Producer, based in São Paulo, SP, with an option for partial remote work. The Game Producer will oversee game project lifecycles, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Brazil team and relevant internal/external stakeholders to provide expert consultation on game balance, bug resolution, and event-related matters.
- Analyze live operations metrics and user feedback to deliver strategic insights regarding player trends and behavior, aimed at enhancing title quality and long-term product viability
- Formulate and submit data-driven event proposals based on analysis of game design, balancing, and user demographics
- Develop strategic recommendations based on target market insights to enhance the value of game products and associated services
- Provide scheduled reporting, including weekly status updates, sales performance analysis, and annual business reviews as defined in the project milestones
- Perform other related services as mutually agreed
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Team Management to foster collaboration and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proven experience in Project Management to oversee deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience in gaming/mobile/PC production management.
- Passion for games of all types on all platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, coordination, and work ethic required, with the ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks and manage multiple projects
- Understanding of the gaming market and trends is an advantage.
