This is your chance! We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our carioca crew and help Rio & Learn grow in all directions!
From student tours to vending machines, hostels to samba nights, if our foreign students might need it, we want to be part of it. You’ll help us turn cool ideas into real services that make learning Portuguese in Brazil even more awesome. - Find new ways to make our students’ lives easier (and more fun!) while studying in Brazil.
- Start new projects, make them economically viable, consolidate them, and search for partnerships to scale services like housing, tourism, dance classes, and more.
- Get things off the paper and make them happen, fast and smart!
- Work directly with our Direction to bring big (and small) ideas to life.
- Keep an eye on results: what’s working, what’s fun, what brings smiles (and income!).
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
- Previous entrepreneurship experience (even small projects or startups count!).
- Experience or training in economic analysis (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI, pricing strategies).
- You speak English really well (our students do too).
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, planning, or project execution.
- You communicate like a pro and solve problems like a boss.
- You’re organized, responsible, and love to get things done.
- You’re not afraid of phones, deals, or new ideas.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with tourism, commercial roles, events, international students, or something similar!
- CLT contract (because security matters)
- Salary: BRL 4,000 to 7,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Up to BRL 2,000 per month if goals are met (let’s grow together!)
- Employee of the Month prize: BRL 500
