The Administrative Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for visitors, clients, artists, and business partners, serving as the first point of contact for the gallery. This role combines front-desk operations, customer service, office administration, and operational support to ensure that the gallery consistently reflects its identity, values, and standards of excellence. The position oversees visitor reception, in-person, telephone, and digital communications, as well as the management of deliveries, correspondence, and client communications through email and WhatsApp. The Administrative Receptionist also supports the planning and execution of exhibitions, openings, events, and institutional activities, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining office organization, managing supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance needs, and providing administrative support to the team. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication, this professional contributes to a functional, welcoming, and inspiring environment for employees, artists, collectors, and both national and international visitors.

For this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in high-end customer service.
- Fluent English (must be comfortable speaking with foreigners/international guests).
