Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive social media strategy for Brazil, aligning global guidelines from North America and APAC with local cultural nuances.
2. Team Management & Capability Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team of specialists, creators, and agency partners.
3. Budget & ROI Management: Allocate the social media budget across organic initiatives, creator partnerships, and production, ensuring strict alignment with brand awareness and ROI targets.
4. Crisis Management & Brand Safety: Establish guidelines for community management, brand voice, and real-time crisis mitigation on public channels.
5. Data Analytics & Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex platform data into actionable business insights. Report weekly and monthly to local and global leadership on Share of Voice, engagement rates, and attribution to business growth.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media, Business Development (BD), and Product teams to ensure social content supports user acquisition and product localization.
Required Qualifications
· Experience: 6+ years of full-time experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creative agency leadership, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
· Proven Track Record: Experience scaling brand channels from early-stage to mainstream relevance in the Brazilian market (case studies of community growth or viral campaign strategies must be detailed in the resume).
· Skills & Mindset: Deep understanding of social algorithms, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership capabilities. You know how to inspire a team and hit aggressive growth targets.
· Language: Fluent/Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily communication with overseas headquarters.
· Work style: Full-time, on-site at our Morumbi office.
