YOUR MISSION
Under the Head of Communication, you main mission will be to increase visibility, traffic, and
conversions across all external communication channels.
Support sales growth by designing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel communication
campaigns that attract high-quality audiences and maximize ROI.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
External Campaigns & Performance

Design and manage multi-channel communication and traffic campaigns (SEO, SEA, GEO, social networks, display, digital, print, media partnerships).

Develop and promote targeted product and brand campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase brand visibility, in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Define a consistent editorial line and messaging for each campaign.
Content & Brand Activation

Translate business and technical messages into engaging, high-value content (visuals, videos, presentations, digital assets).

Create and adapt content for all external channels (website, LinkedIn, campaigns, brochures, presentations).

Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all external touchpoints.
Digital Optimization & Analytics

Monitor and optimize digital activities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.

Update and manage the website to support company growth.

Track and analyze KPIs and campaign performance, and propose optimization actions.
Media, Partners & Events

Contribute to media buying and sponsorship recommendations to maximize visibility.

Coordinate with external service providers (graphic designers, web and press agencies).

Organize and coordinate UNITED CAPS’ participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, from preparation to post-event visibility.
Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Sustainability teams.

Proactively propose innovative initiatives to boost visibility and support sales growth.
YOUR PROFILE

3–5 years’ experience in external communication, digital communication, or performance-driven roles.

Experience in content strategy, branding, and product storytelling in an international environment.

Strong understanding of traffic and performance channels.
-
Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into impacting & business value message.

Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).

Practical skills in photography and video (shooting, editing, graphic design).

Comfortable with digital communication platforms and AI tools.

Business-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Fresh & creative mindset.

Curious, listener, open-minded & collaborative spirit

Fluent in English : verbal & excellent written skills (working language: English).

Willing to travel (~10%) (fair organisation (1 or 2 per year), team meetings, plant visits,…)

Experience in a B2B or industrial environment is a plus.
