We are seeking an experienced professional to recruit, onboard, and manage live streaming hosts and content creators for our platform. Candidates with prior experience at live-streaming, social media, creator economy, or entertainment platforms such as TikTok, Bigo Live, Tango Live, ShareChat, Likee, MICO, Hago, or similar companies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard live hosts, streamers, agencies, and content creators.
- Build and maintain relationships with creator agencies and talent networks.
- Drive host activation, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor host performance and provide growth support.
- Achieve monthly host recruitment and activation targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in creator operations, host acquisition, influencer management, live streaming, or talent recruitment.
- Experience working with or recruiting creators for platforms such as TikTok, Bigo Live, Tango Live, ShareChat, Likee, MICO, Hago, or similar platforms.
- Existing network of creator agencies, hosts, or influencers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
- Preferred Markets: South America and Eastern Europe
