KPIT Brasil is seeking a Product Enablement Analyst to support the successful launch, adoption, and commercialization of innovative automotive products and solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to create enablement materials, support release readiness activities, and ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge and resources needed to successfully introduce new products and features to the market.

- Develop and maintain sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation.
- Support product launch readiness activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
- Create and deliver enablement and training content for Sales and Service organizations.
- Maintain centralized knowledge repositories and ensure documentation remains accurate and version-controlled.
- Translate technical product updates into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Support product adoption and change management initiatives across customer-facing teams.
- Track training completion, adoption metrics, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support successful product commercialization and feature launches.
- Experience in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Service Enablement, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Training, Technical Documentation, or related areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, and customer-facing documentation.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with automotive systems, vehicle technologies, or mechanical concepts.
- Understanding of automotive terminology and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, or go-to-market activities.
- Knowledge of change management and training best practices.
