We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects here at Black Box. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
Requirements:
- [MANDATORY] English: B2+ (conversational)
- [MANDATORY] Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure solutions and related services (Cabling, AV, Data Center, Network,Similar)
- Spanish: Considered a plus
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies or an MBA in Project Management or related areas is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring the successful implementation of technological solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to clearly define project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet established needs and deadlines.
- Apply Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or traditional frameworks (e.g., PMBOK) as appropriate to optimize project management.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, preparing status reports and facilitating follow-up meetings.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Work closely with other departments, such as operations, product development, and support, to ensure IT projects are aligned with the company’s overall business needs.
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards and adhere to the company’s IT policies and regulations.
