The role
As a vital part of the LAM Sales Operations team, you will drive regional growth by translating strategic goals into operational execution. You will act as a key enabler for the Sales organization by managing sales tools, developing performance dashboards, and streamlining workflows. By providing clear guidance on internal policies and managing administrative tasks, you will allow our Sales teams to focus purely on revenue-generating efforts. Success in this fast-paced, dynamic environment requires strong multitasking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
In this role you will have the opportunity to
- Drive CRM & Pipeline Management: Oversee Salesforce data integrity, coordinate end-to-end sales transactions, and manage the pipeline to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze Performance: Define and monitor Sales KPIs, developing dashboards to deliver actionable insights on deal velocity, conversion rates, and overall productivity.
- Optimize Processes: Act as the regional champion for sales tools, partnering with Global Ops and Commercial teams to continuously improve workflows and drive adoption.
- Coach & Collaborate: Guide Sales teams on opportunity management while ensuring strict compliance with internal pricing, approvals, and CRM standards.
- Support Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and budget setting.
- Advise Leadership: Synthesize and present data-driven performance insights to senior management to support executive decision-making.
Essential knowledge skills and experience
- Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or finance.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in sales CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, and Power BI.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Work Style: Diligent, innovative, and capable of working both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible with strong prioritization skills, able to deliver quick responses and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Customer-focused and engaging, with strong influencing skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
