Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish (mandatory);
- Experience supporting executives and leadership teams;
- Solid experience in corporate event organization and coordination (mandatory);
- Experience in multinational companies is a plus;
- Experience supporting executive governance routines is a plus.
Activities:
- Support executive governance routines, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up of actions;
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, leadership forums, and strategic events;
- Support corporate events, customer visits, dealer visits, and institutional activities;
- Manage travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related administrative processes;
- Organize and maintain executive documentation and SharePoint environments;
- Interface with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers;
- Provide operational and coordination support to the Management Team when required;
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
